Returns & Replacements

At AJWsurfboards.com, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to making things right if an issue comes up. While we handle returns on a case-by-case basis, our goal is always to take care of our customers.

Surf hardware warranties (fins, leashes, pads, etc.) must be submitted directly through the manufacturer of that product.

If AJW Surfboards has approved a return or exception in writing, you’ll need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back.


How do I return something?

To start a return, please request an RMA by emailing us at info@ajwsurfboards.com.
Products sent back without an RMA cannot be processed.

All returns are inspected once received. Refunds or exchanges will be issued after inspection is complete.


Surfboards

All AJW surfboards are built-to-order and handcrafted specifically for each customer. Because of this, all surfboard sales are final.

If you believe your board has a manufacturing defect, reach out to us and we’ll help coordinate directly with our factory. Email: info@ajwsurfboards.com


Clothing & Surf Accessories

(T-shirts, leashes, traction pads, fins, etc.)

Once your return has been approved and the product is received and inspected, we’ll ship out your replacement item or process your refund.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, please contact us right away to obtain an RMA. We’ll take care of the issue as quickly as possible.
