Might just be one of the most trustworthy heavy barrel Step-ups on the Market?

Out of any specialty board we've made... we've had more of our Team guys claiming "Best Barrel of their Life" on this design... From Teahupoo, to Pipeline, Cesar Petroni Winning 1st place at the Puerto Escondido MexPipe Event on a 6'7", Quentin Turko scoring some of the heaviest conditions at Silverbacks on a 6'3 as well as Teahupoo, Matt Meola scored what he claims the Wave of his Life at an undisclosed crazy left slab nearby Jaws in Maui which actually deemed the name "Gulch", to many more great rides. Even Rob Brown said his Best Backside barrel of his life was riding a 6'2" Gulch as a quad.

This design has been around the world;  Combining everything we know about step-ups and serious tube riding curves put into one tight package. This board is also known to go well on rail, when ordered in shorter dimensions, not just a point and go board. This model has plenty of hidden curve to fit in tight pockets with the perfect amount of meat in the chest area to paddle into a wave.  Order thicker and slightly narrower for heavier tubes.

Works best in the 6'0" - 6'8" range, similar width to ones normal shortboard dims and about 1/8"- 1/4" thicker.
