Welcome to AJWsurfboards.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site—whether through desktop, mobile, or any other platform—you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The Site is operated by AJW SURFBOARDS, LLC (“AJW Surfboards,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site. We may update or revise these Terms at any time, so we encourage you to review them periodically.
By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Users ages 13–17 may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms.
Content Ownership & Use
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, imagery, software, and design (“Content”)—is owned by or licensed to AJW Surfboards unless otherwise noted.
Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from any Content without express written permission from AJW Surfboards.
Unauthorized use of Content may violate copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws.
Accuracy of Information
We work hard to keep product descriptions, pricing, inventory, and information accurate. However, the Site may occasionally contain errors or omissions.
We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, update information, or adjust product details at any time without prior notice.
Display colors may vary depending on your device settings and are not guaranteed to be exact.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer, as long as it falls within our shipping capabilities.
Customers are responsible for contacting AJW Surfboards if a shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing.
Email Communications
By creating an account or making a purchase, you consent to receiving emails about orders, products, promotions, and updates.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time. Transactional emails related to orders cannot be unsubscribed from.
Order Confirmation & Acceptance
An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. AJW Surfboards may refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion—including those placed under the same account, payment method, or shipping address.
In some cases, additional verification may be required before we can complete your order.
Order Cancellation
Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Orders canceled within 72 hours are subject to a 5% processing fee.

Surfboard orders canceled after 72 hours may incur additional restocking fees based on model, construction, production status, and freight expenses.
AJW Surfboards reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.
Product Availability
Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you will be notified via email.
Products on the Site comply with U.S. regulations. International buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local requirements.
User Comments & Submissions
If you submit reviews, ideas, photos, or other content (“User Comments”), you grant AJW Surfboards a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, publish, modify, and distribute those submissions.
You are responsible for ensuring your submissions are lawful, original, and non-infringing. AJW Surfboards reserves the right to remove User Comments at any time.
Third-Party Links
The Site may include links to external websites for convenience. AJW Surfboards does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, policies, or security of third-party sites.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

Violations may result in order cancellation, account termination, or legal action.

Dispute Resolution
Before pursuing arbitration or legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally.

If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, on an individual basis. Class actions or group claims are not permitted.
Resale Policy
AJW Surfboards sells directly to individual customers. Purchases for resale, distribution, or export are prohibited. We may cancel orders or accounts suspected of resale activity.
